- What is the purpose of the Viewing Malta Media Library?
The Viewing Malta Media Library is a Digital Asset Management System (DAMS). It is a computerized management platform where the Malta Tourism Authority stores its digital media (images, videos, logos and publications). This showcase of the Maltese Islands is made easily available for download by the general public and other entities.
- How much does it cost to download media?
All media downloaded from the Viewing Malta Media Library is free of charge.
- Do I need to become a member to download media?
Yes you need to register to become a member. Registration is free of charge. As soon as you register, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account from which you can start browsing media right away.
- What can I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link, enter your email address and you will receive an email with another password. When logging again, you will be prompted to enter a new password.
- Do I have a limit on the number of downloads?
No limit is set on the number of low resolution media you can download.
- Can I download High Resolution Media?
You can send a request to download high resolution Media by filling an online form. Your request will be checked by our Administrator and you will receive an email informing you if you eligible or not to download high resolution.
